Iorweth Glyn Roberts was born in 1918, son of John Ellis Roberts and Grace Roberts. He had married Megan Olwen Jones in September Quarter 1938 and joined the Royal Welsh Fusiliers in 1939. 

Iorwerth Roberts is buried in Valkenswaard Cemetary
